Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to tuition and fees for programs at Willowpoint Engineering School. All amounts are in Vietnamese Dong (VND).

Deposit (5,000,000 VND)

The enrollment deposit for the Distributed Systems Certificate is non-refundable. It reserves your seat and covers administrative processing. If you are not accepted into the program, the deposit is refunded in full within fourteen business days.

Full refund eligibility

You may receive a full refund of tuition paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) if you cancel in writing at least thirty days before the cohort start date.

Partial refund

Cancellations between fifteen and twenty-nine days before the cohort start date receive a 50% refund of tuition paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations fewer than fifteen days before start receive no tuition refund.

After the program begins

Once a cohort begins, tuition is non-refundable. If you withdraw due to documented medical emergency or relocation outside Vietnam, we may offer a credit toward a future cohort at our discretion, valid for twelve months.

Workshop and lab programs

Security Audit Workshop, Bridge Engineering Intensive, and Gas Optimization Lab: full refund if cancelled seven or more days before the first session. No refund within seven days of start or after the first session has occurred.

Rescheduling

You may transfer to the next available cohort once at no charge if requested at least fifteen days before your enrolled cohort begins. A second transfer incurs a 2,000,000 VND administrative fee.

No-shows

Failure to attend without prior written notice is treated as withdrawal after the program has begun and is not eligible for refund.

Work already started

If Willowpoint has begun delivering customized materials or one-on-one assessments for your application beyond the standard intake process, any refund may be reduced by the documented cost of work completed.

Non-refundable items

• Enrollment deposit
• Exam retake fees
• Administrative transfer fees
• Third-party testnet or tooling costs incurred on your behalf with prior authorization

Refund process

Submit refund requests to admissions@sitewillowpoint.click with your full name, program name, cohort date, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days via bank transfer to the original payment account. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative transfer method.

Program cancellation by Willowpoint

If we cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrollment or faculty unavailability, you receive a full refund of all fees paid, including the deposit, or the option to transfer to the next cohort.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Vietnamese consumer protection law.
