Official name & origin

The registered business name is Willowpoint Clinic Insight Company Limited. We opened in 2016 after our founders spent several years supporting outpatient departments in private hospitals along Nguyen Huu Canh and in Binh Thanh. Early work focused on handwritten session audits; as clinics adopted digital booking exports, we learned to pair those files with floor observation so charts stayed honest.

Today the practice remains deliberately small. We take a limited number of capacity studies each quarter so analysts can still spend real hours in waiting rooms rather than only behind spreadsheets.

How we approach the work

We begin with the clinic’s own language — session blocks, nurse stations, procedure bays — and only then draw charts. Recommendations stay within scheduling and space use; clinical protocols belong to your physicians. Clients in Vietnam often ask for bilingual commentary; we deliver English briefs as standard and can annotate key figures in Vietnamese when requested.
