How engagements are priced
Pricing follows the shape of the work: fixed fees for bounded studies, daily rates for observation, and retainers for recurring reporting. Figures below are guidance in Vietnamese đồng; your written estimate confirms the scope.

Travel outside Ho Chi Minh City is billed at cost. Deposits and cancellation terms are described on the refunds page. These rates are informational only — no online payment is taken on this site.
What changes the estimate
Clinic size, number of specialties, quality of appointment exports, and whether observation must cover evenings or weekends all affect the fee. If your booking system cannot export cleanly, we may add a short data-preparation day before charting begins.
