The Capacity Planning Workshop gathers the people who own those templates and walks them through demand assumptions, room constraints, and staffing cover using simple paper sheets — no projected “roadmap” theatre.

• A draft weekly template participants leave the room owning
• A short list of open questions for estates or HR

We facilitate; your directors decide. If the group needs deeper measurement first, we recommend a Clinic Capacity Review before the workshop.
