Packs are PDFs and editable chart sheets. We do not install monitoring software; we work from the files you already produce.

Quarterly visit

Once a quarter we walk the floor again, reconcile surprises in the numbers, and adjust which charts remain useful. If a chart stops informing decisions, we retire it.
